AI Trainer / Account Manager
What does Evenstad do?

Evenstad helps customer service teams manage increasingly large amounts of support cases by creating custom-made chatbots to automate their workflow. Our product ensures customers have customer support at their fingertips 24/7 with human-level problem solving abilities.
What will you be doing?
Your role as an AI Trainer will be teaching chatbots to handle support cases unique to our Enterprise customers. Analyzing chat queries and working with customer service teams will be your responsibilities. As an account manager, you will be working with the sales and development teams to ensure customer success and lead our clients in their chatbot implementation strategy.
Experience with chatbots is useful but not a pre-requisite
Strong written and verbal communication skills and fluency in English and Estonian
Prior project leading, coordinating, or business analyst experience
Basic knowledge of IT or a strong wish to work in IT
Nice to have:
Knowledge of scripting in the Python programming language
Familiar with AI technologies and Machine Learning
Fluency in Russian
